HR Learning & Development Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Learning & Development Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and department managers to identify training needs, schedule programs, maintain training records, and ensure a smooth learning experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer internal and external training programs.
  • Schedule training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and employee development activities.
  • Communicate training schedules, materials, and logistics to participants and stakeholders.
  • Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and learning databases.
  • Track employee training completion and certification requirements.
  • Assist in conducting training needs assessments across departments.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and evaluation forms.
  • Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and subject matter experts for program delivery.
  • Collect and analyze training feedback to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Generate training reports and learning metrics for HR management.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, mandatory training requirements, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, HR, or administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
