Key Responsibilities:
Talent & Workforce Development: Understand organizational needs by identifying essential skills, knowledge areas, and competencies.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the hiring of new talent by managing recruitment activities and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Training & Learning Programs: Organize and coordinate employee training sessions, helping teams grow through engaging learning opportunities.

Requirements
Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to act as a conduit between management and employees while maintaining professionalism.

Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel for business or training purposes (supports cross-team coordination).

Language & Global Exposure: Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus.

Recruitment & Talent Management: Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes. Ability to define core competencies and KSA for various roles.

Training & Development: Proficiency in developing training materials and programs. Understanding of performance management fundamentals, including supporting appraisal processes.

BBA or MBA related to HR professional (completed within the last 12 months)

Minimum CGPA of 7.0 with no standing arrears.

Fresh graduates are eligible; candidates with up to 1 year of total experience may also apply.
Benefits

Training Period Compensation (First 12 Months): A monthly compensation of INR 25,000 for bachelor degree and INR 30,000 for master degree holders, plus a performance-based incentive of INR 5,000 per month.
