RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.

Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Develop and oversee employee engagement and retention programs.

Design and implement training and development plans.

Maintain HR records, reports, and data confidentiality.

Provide HR insights and reports to management for decision-making.

Foster a positive workplace culture and employee well-being.

QUALIFICATION

MBA or HR RELATED COURSE
