HEC Hospitality Pvt Ltd is a growing corporate hospitality business specializing in accommodation, flights, car rentals, exhibitions, and event services for corporates. We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager who can build strong people practices, foster a positive work culture, and drive organizational efficiency.

Job Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies that enhance employee experience, uplift company morale, and improve productivity. The role requires someone who can establish structured HR processes, design employee engagement initiatives, and be a trusted partner to leadership and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work Culture & Policies
  • Develop and nurture a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Create and implement HR policies and procedures that streamline company processes.
  • Act as a custodian of company values and ensure they are reflected in daily operations.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Design and manage a structured hiring process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
  • Employee Engagement & Morale
  • Organize team-building and engagement activities to strengthen collaboration.
  • Regularly assess employee morale and introduce initiatives to improve satisfaction.
  • Build recognition and reward programs to appreciate employee contributions.
  • Performance & Productivity
  • Develop processes for monitoring employee performance and feedback.
  • Partner with managers to identify training needs and implement learning programs.
  • Suggest process improvements to increase organizational efficiency.
  • HR Operations
  • Maintain accurate HR records and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering open communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR practices aligned with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as HR Manager or similar HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to build trust and inspire employees at all levels.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of driving initiatives independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
