HR Manager

We are looking for a passionate and motivated fresher to join our HR team as an HR Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in human resources and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You’ll work closely with senior HR professionals and management to support daily HR activities and long-term projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help organize and coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Support in payroll processing and attendance tracking.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Help prepare HR-related reports as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Internship experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with HR tools or software (HRIS, recruitment platforms).
