HR Manager

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee welfare.
  • Handle statutory compliances (Factories Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Develop and implement HR policies, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Drive training & development programs for workers, staff, and management.
  • Oversee shift management, attendance, and leave administration.
  • Foster employee engagement and retention in line with company culture.
  • Liaise with management for manpower planning and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • MBA / PG in HR or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations.
  • Experience in manufacturing / textile / spinning mill preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
