Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Plan, execute, and manage recruitment for all levels.
- Conduct manpower planning, job analysis, and role mapping.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and training programs.
- Compliance & Statutory Management
- Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, Labour Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages Act and other statutory requirements under Maharashtra Government.
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and inspectors.
- Maintain statutory registers, returns, and records as per law.
- Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievance redressal, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll processing.
- Ensure smooth preparation and disbursement of salary statements.
- Performance Management
- Implement appraisal systems, performance reviews, and incentive structures.
- Support department heads with HR metrics and manpower optimization.
- Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions.
- Promote a safe, compliant, and productivity-oriented work culture.
Key Skills & Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices in chemical/pharmaceutical factories.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and manpower planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS / MS Office.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations.
- Additional certification in Labour Laws or Statutory Compliance will be an added advantage.
Working Days: Mon-Sat ( 2nd & 4th Sat Off)
Job Time: 10 am - 6 pm
