HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with manufacturing industry standards.
• Drive talent acquisition, training, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety, and industrial regulations.

Qualifications:

• MBA / PG in HR or equivalent.
• 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, union management, and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
