Job Description - HRM ( A B Finance )

1 . Finding ways to Retain talents in the organisation in consultation with the management (including pay hikes or any other facilities to be given for retaining good candidates)

2.Acquiring new talents from our competitor and lining them up for the final interview with management *( ample number of candidates would give us a leverage )

3. Guiding management for any training programs to be conducted for new joinees as well as for existing staff members

4. Keep a quarterly acquisition target based on the growth ,expansion and budget of organisation

5. Salary hold and PIP ( Performance Improvements Plan ) for non performers ( people not achieving targets for more than 2 months )

6. Getting insider information regarding likely resignations and upcoming issues in organisation. ( where ever possible )

7. Proper and timely Salary dispersment of all our employees who have achieved their targets / productive employees

8. Maintaining overall discipline and decorum of the organisation in consultation with TLs and management

9. Providing Goal Sheet/ KRA to each and every employee based on their designation , nature and focus of their jobs

10. Intimating management for any orientation and training programs which is needed from time to time

11. Informing management of any escalations or issues within the employee circle

12. Making sure that HR portal is used by all staffs and providing them any assistance if needed

13.Making the vision and mission of the organisation very clear to all our staff members

14.Assigning memos to staff members as directed or in consultation with Team leaders

15. Getting feedbacks on staffs from TLs every quarter and updating the same with the management and HR portal ( if possible )

16. Through background check of all employees from the previous 2 employers mandatorily and updating management

17. Maintaining separate HR file which contains employee details and biodata , copies of appreciation letter

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹47,950.04 per month
