Position Summary: The HR Manager at Unayur Marketing Pvt Ltd will oversee all aspects of human resources management, fostering a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This role is crucial for supporting the company’s growth and enhancing employee engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Mediate employee disputes and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on employee evaluations.
  • Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and identify training needs.
  • Training and Development:
  • Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Policy Development:
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Ensure that employees are aware of policies and provide training as needed.
  • HR Analytics:
  • Utilize HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR activities and outcomes for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
