Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support department heads in drafting job descriptions and tracking hiring needs.
- Help ensure smooth onboarding of new employees and maintain joining documentation.
- Contribute to employee engagement ideas, cultural events, and team-building activities.
- Act as a support contact for basic employee queries and escalate issues when needed.
- Help maintain attendance, leave, and payroll support records.
- Assist in performance review data collection and feedback documentation.
- Update and organize HR records, policies, and compliance files.
Qualifications & Skills
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Good organizational and problem-solving attitude
- Eager to learn, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws (preferred)
