HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager (Immediate Joiners) to lead our Human Resources function. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

* Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

* Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.

* Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

* Drive performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.

* Act as a point of contact between management and employees.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field.

* Proven experience 1.5-3 years as HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.

* Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

* Strong communication and leadership skills.

Full time, permanent

Day shift (Mon to Sat)

Salary range : 25000 - 30000 per month
