- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process end-to-end.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Design and implement performance management systems.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism).
- Plan and manage employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Lead training and development programs for employee growth.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Maintain HR records and manage HRIS systems.
- Support organizational change and culture development.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to reduce attrition.
- Prepare HR reports and present them to senior management.
