HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR policies
• Drive training and development initiatives
• Handle employee grievances and foster a healthy work environment
• Maintain HR MIS and generate regular reports for management

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
