1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Develop job descriptions, post job ads, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs and retention strategies.
3. Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
- Support managers in conducting evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Identify and address performance improvement needs.
4. HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies in line with labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and legal HR requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and data.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll and ensure accuracy in attendance and leave records.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend pay structure updates.
- Manage employee welfare programs.
7. HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain HR databases and prepare regular HR analytics and MIS reports.
- Support HR audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
