FIND_THE_RIGHTJOB.

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop job descriptions, post job ads, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs and retention strategies.

3. Performance Management

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
  • Support managers in conducting evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Identify and address performance improvement needs.

4. HR Policy & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies in line with labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and legal HR requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and data.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning.

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll and ensure accuracy in attendance and leave records.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend pay structure updates.
  • Manage employee welfare programs.

7. HR Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain HR databases and prepare regular HR analytics and MIS reports.
  • Support HR audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
