HR Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Manager to join Shabco Properties & Builders Pvt. Ltd., a leading construction and real estate company in Kerala. The ideal candidate should be a lady professional with 1–5 years of experience in human resources management. Responsibilities include handling recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, managing attendance and payroll coordination, organizing staff training and welfare programs, and ensuring smooth communication between management and employees. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to maintain a positive work culture. Proficiency in HR documentation, MS Office, and basic HR policies is essential. This role offers excellent career growth within a professional, value-driven organization. Location: Malappuram / Calicut.
