Job Title: HR Manager (Hospital)
Location: Chandauli District
Preference: Local candidates only

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle hospital recruitment, employee management, payroll, attendance, and compliance activities. The candidate should ensure smooth HR operations and maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage staff recruitment, joining, and exit formalities
• Maintain attendance, salary, and leave records
• Handle employee grievances and ensure HR policy compliance
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and training
• Maintain statutory records (ESI, PF, etc.)

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR (hospital experience preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Salary: As per qualification and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
