HR Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Organize and conduct onboarding processes for new hires
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
  • Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances in collaboration with the HR Manager
  • Support engagement and retention initiatives
  • HR Operations
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and timesheet tracking
  • Assist with payroll processing and coordination with the finance department
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure proper documentation for audits and legal compliance
  • Assist with preparing HR reports and metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Solid understanding of HR principles and employment laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
