Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Organize and conduct onboarding processes for new hires
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Assist in resolving employee grievances in collaboration with the HR Manager
- Support engagement and retention initiatives
- HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases
- Manage attendance, leaves, and timesheet tracking
- Assist with payroll processing and coordination with the finance department
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and legal compliance
- Assist with preparing HR reports and metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Solid understanding of HR principles and employment laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
