Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver assigned tasks on time and within budget.
- Monitor progress against goals and make necessary course corrections.
- Support and guide a team of Talent Management professionals to ensure they have the resources and tools to work effectively.
- Align Talent Management vision and goals with overall business objectives.
- Develop, refine, and implement Talent Management policies and programs.
- Stay updated with external trends and industry challenges to drive innovation.
- Partner with senior leadership to define and communicate organizational culture, values, and mission.
- Ensure alignment of Talent Management systems, budgets, and processes with best practices and standards.
- Represent the organization at relevant forums and build employer brand visibility.
- Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
- Support change management processes and monitor outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by applying Lean & 5S principles.
- Ensure timely onboarding and development of new team members.
- Track and achieve individual KPIs and support team performance improvement.
- Participate in structured learning programs and skill enhancement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Talent Management or related domains.
- Strong domain knowledge acquired through formal education or self-learning.
- Proficiency in collaboration, conflict resolution, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems and ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Ability to analyze workforce behavior, productivity, and trends.
- Strong risk identification and mitigation skills.
- Flexible to work beyond normal hours to support cross-functional needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
