Sabari Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Manager to support the Human Resources department in all aspects of HR management. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and various administrative tasks to ensure the organization's HR needs are met effectively.

Qualifications & Experience.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources/ Business Administration
• Previous experience in HR.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
• 4-5 years experience in HR in Logistics preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
