HR Manager

The Human Resources (HR) Manager is charged with meeting and fulfilling the company's HR obligations to employees, as well as achieving goals set by the Corporate Officers. The HR Manager will normally have supervisory responsibilities for one or more employees and management responsibilities for HR functions. The HR manager is expected to be an expert in their field and provide essential guidance and counsel to employees and leaders. The HR manager shares in the responsibility of maintaining a positive work environment and keeping the company healthy and viable for the benefit of all employees.
