Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong knowledge of HR Compliances and excellent people management skills. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations and ensure all statutory and legal requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee HR operations and policies.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Support management in performance evaluation and employee engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR & Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
