We are looking for who is responsible for executing Human Resources processes for international projects located in Europe, Central Asia, and Gulf countries as a HR Manager.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations)

Min 10 years related experience in Human Resources Management (Preferable in international projects)

Having knowledge of SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office applications, and Power BI
-
Very good communication and negotiation skills in both verbal and written English

Analytical, energetic, result-oriented and constructive approach

Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.

Improving, monitoring, and controlling all HR related processes

Creating annual workforce plans

Evaluating HR analytics to ensure continuous improvement in processes

Monitoring operational risks through early warning indicators and maintaining business continuity

Increasing the use of HR analytics and digital HR applications

Ensuring compliance of HR processes with multi-country labor laws and company policies, and conducting internal control procedures

Preparing the HR budget and tracking actual expenditures

Developing projects that reinforce corporate culture and values

Developing systems and practices to enhance employee motivation and incentives
