Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Cold Calling

  • Create and post job openings on various platforms.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, etc.
  • Make cold calls to approach and engage potential candidates who match job requirements.
  • Explain job roles, company profile, and benefits to interested candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up regularly.
  • Maintain candidate database and track recruitment pipeline.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and joining formalities.
  • Conduct employee inductions and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

3. Employee Relations

  • Address employee grievances and promote healthy work culture.
  • Conduct team engagement activities and satisfaction surveys.

4. Performance & Attendance Management

  • Track attendance, leave, and performance KPIs.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews.

5. Payroll & Compliance

  • Handle payroll processing, salary revisions, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and arrange skill development programs.

7. HR Strategy & Reporting

  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis for management.
  • Contribute to HR policies and culture-building initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and persuasive cold calling skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
  • Good command of HR software and MS Office.
  • Understanding of labor laws and payroll systems.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA or PG Diploma in Human Resource Management (preferred).

Experience

  • 0–2 years: HR Intern / Recruiter (entry level)
  • 2–5 years: HR Executive / Generalist
  • 5+ years: HR Manager / HR Business Partner

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of successful hires per month
  • Conversion rate from cold calls to interviews
  • Employee retention rate
  • Payroll accuracy and timeliness
  • Employee satisfaction and engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
