The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll management, trainer onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. This role ensures smooth documentation, compliance, attendance discipline, and timely coordination between Sales, Trainers, and Management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads (Sales, Trainers, Operations, Admin) to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain a strong recruitment funnel for continuous manpower requirements.
- Handle job postings, telephonic screening, and selection follow-ups.
- Ensure timely onboarding and smooth joining experience for new hires.
2. Payroll & Salary Administration
- Distribute salary slips and prepare manual salary slips when needed.
- Manage Form 16 distribution.
- Maintain monthly payroll data: new joiners, exits, incentives, deductions.
- Coordinate trainer payroll and sales payroll as per timelines (5th, 10th, 15th).
- Address all payment-related queries and coordinate with accounts.
3. Employee Documentation
- Prepare & issue Experience Letters and Relieving Letters.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital HR records for all employees.
4. Attendance & Discipline Management
- Review daily attendance across departments.
- Track Saturday attendance and share the attendance email with management.
- Follow up on absenteeism, late comings, and discipline issues.
5. Trainer Onboarding & Funnel Management
- Handle trainer onboarding, document verification, agreements, and induction.
- Maintain and track a trainer funnel for upcoming batches and sessions.
- Coordinate trainer schedules, availability, payouts, and performance.
6. Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Support all HR operational activities: hiring coordination, documentation, ID creation, and exit formalities.
- Handle HR queries and ensure seamless workflow.
7. Promotions, Increments & Records
- Prepare data for promotions, increments, and maintain confidential HR records.
- Coordinate approvals and communication with management.

Experience
1–3 years in HR Operations, Recruitment, or Payroll preferred.

Pay: ₹17,254.61 - ₹35,493.38 per month
