HR Manager

• Recruitment: Attracting, interviewing, and selecting candidates to fill positions
• Compensation and benefits: Managing employee compensation, benefits, and payroll
• Training and development: Identifying training needs and designing programs to meet them
• Policy development: Creating and updating policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Employee relations: Addressing employee concerns and conflicts, and providing counseling support
• Data analysis: Using data to evaluate recruiting methods and employee performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
