Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Agra
Department: Human Resources
Job Summary:
The Senior HR Manager will lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy. This role ensures alignment of HR policies with business objectives while fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and learning initiatives.
Manage performance appraisal systems and succession planning.
Ensure legal compliance and update HR policies as required.
Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR issues.
Monitor HR metrics and report to leadership.
Qualifications:
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
3–6 years of HR experience, with at least 1+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Skills Required:
Strategic thinking and decision-making.
Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
Proficiency in HR software/tools.
