The HR Manager will lead and manage all aspects of the human resources function, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR strategies. This role requires someone who is both people-focused and process-oriented, capable of operating at a strategic level while also managing day-to-day HR operations.
As a key member of our leadership team, the HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compliance and culture-building initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Develop, refine, and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to the IT industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and candidate selection.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position CYBEXEL Technologies Pvt Ltd as an employer of choice.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work culture aligned with company values.
- Design and implement employee engagement strategies such as feedback loops, surveys, recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering transparent communication across departments.
3. Performance Management & Development
- Lead the design and execution of performance review cycles, ensuring fairness and clarity.
- Provide training, coaching and career development programs to build leadership capability across the organization.
- Facilitate individual development plans and succession planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
4. Policy Management & Compliance
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook in accordance with employment laws and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations and manage audits, contracts and internal controls.
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts with sensitivity and objectivity.
5. HR Strategy, Analytics & Operational Excellence
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership in aligning people strategies with business goals.
- Use HR analytics and data-driven insights to support organizational decisions and continuous improvement.
- Manage HR systems (HRIS) and ensure accuracy in employee data, reporting and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role—ideally within the IT or technology sector.
- Deep understanding of HR policies, labor legislation and modern HR practices.
- Hands-on experience with HR software and systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in leading organizational change and scaling HR functions in growing tech companies.
- Master’s degree in HR Management, Business or related field.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
- Familiarity with global HR practices and compliance in remote and hybrid work environments.
- Experience with diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
