  • Role: Handle end-to-end hiring, build a strong team, manage onboarding, HR operations, compliance, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end hiring for sales, CRM, admin, accounts and site staff.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline and reduce time to hire.
  • Manage onboarding, induction and training coordination.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment).
  • Support payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and discipline.
  • Track performance, maintain monthly MIS and implement HR policies.
  • Organize team engagement activities and retention initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years HR experience (real estate preferred)
  • Strong recruitment skills
  • Good communication, discipline, and process-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
