Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Conduct investigations and ensure fair and consistent disciplinary practices.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and support managers in goal-setting and feedback delivery.
  • Implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary.
  • Analyze performance trends to guide workforce development.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Qualifiation:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
