Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
- Promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Conduct investigations and ensure fair and consistent disciplinary practices.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and support managers in goal-setting and feedback delivery.
- Implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary.
- Analyze performance trends to guide workforce development.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company standards.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Qualifiation:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
