Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
- Design and execute an effective onboarding program for new hires.
- Performance Management:
- Manage performance appraisal processes and implement improvement plans.
- Foster a culture of feedback and continuous development.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a mediator for employee grievances and conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Training and Development:
- Identify skill gaps and organize relevant training programs.
- Encourage employee engagement through career development initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Benchmark and revise salary structures to remain competitive in the market.
- Policy Development:
- Update and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to policies.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour laws and ensure organizational compliance.
- Prepare and present periodic HR reports to management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
