Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
  • Design and execute an effective onboarding program for new hires.
  • Performance Management:
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and implement improvement plans.
  • Foster a culture of feedback and continuous development.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a mediator for employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify skill gaps and organize relevant training programs.
  • Encourage employee engagement through career development initiatives.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Benchmark and revise salary structures to remain competitive in the market.
  • Policy Development:
  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to policies.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour laws and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Prepare and present periodic HR reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
