We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who will play a pivotal role in building a positive workplace environment, attracting top talent, and ensuring the well-being and development of our employees. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Support performance management cycles, including goal setting and performance reviews
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records while ensuring data confidentiality
  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
  • Utilize HR analytics and data to generate insights and recommendations for workforce planning and improvements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in remote or hybrid work settings
  • Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
