Job Description:

  • Scholartude Web Education is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager, employee engagement and administrative activities.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of HR policies, and the ability to manage end-to-end HR processes that support a growing educational organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Prepare job descriptions and post on job portals.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Conduct background verification and reference checks.
HR Operations
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management.
  • Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warnings, etc.).
  • Assist in payroll coordination with the finance department.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Plan employee engagement programs, activities, and events.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide conflict-resolution support.
  • Conduct onboarding/orientation programs and ensure smooth induction.
  • Maintain a positive and professional workplace culture.
Performance Management
  • Assist in setting performance KPIs and evaluation systems.
  • Coordinate appraisal cycles and performance reviews.
  • Track employee performance and provide timely feedback and support.
Policy & Process Management
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ethical practices.
  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles (HR Manager).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and basic labor laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and online recruitment platforms.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
