What You’ll Do
As an HR Manager, you’ll lead HR operations and be the go-to partner for managers and employees—ensuring compliant, consistent, high-quality HR service delivery across the organization.
Lead and Elevate HR Operations

Manage a multidisciplinary HR operations team (Recruiter, HRIS Analyst, Employee Experience Specialist, Compliance/Policy Specialist).

Ensure smooth execution of key lifecycle processes—hiring, onboarding, performance, and exits.

Partner closely with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate and timely pay, benefits, and compliance administration.
Be a Trusted Partner to Managers & Employees

Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations questions and issues.

Coach managers on policies, feedback, performance, and conflict resolution.
-
Monitor engagement and proactively address retention risks.
Own Compliance & Policy Excellence

Maintain U.S. and Canada employee handbooks and HR policies.

Ensure regulatory compliance, including Title 41 CFR Part 60, EO 11246, and state/provincial regulations.

Support and prepare for internal/external audits (EEO, OFCCP, payroll, compliance).
Improve Processes & Drive Digital Transformation

Streamline workflows and partner with HRIS to automate approvals, records, onboarding, and dashboards.

Support rollout of new digital HR tools, surveys, and process improvements.

Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve HR speed and experience.
Deliver People Data & Insights

Produce monthly HR dashboards and deliver data with precision.

Provide workforce planning insights and support business reviews.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data and reporting.
What You’ll Bring
-
7+ Years of HR Experience– With at least 3 years in HR operations or HR business partner leadership.

Strong Employment Law Expertise– Knowledge of U.S. & Canada labor laws and compliance.

Employee Relations Skillset– Proven experience coaching managers and navigating employee issues.

Operational Leadership– Ability to lead generalist/operations teams and standardize processes.

Data & Systems Mindset– Comfortable working with HRIS, reporting, and workforce analytics.

Relationship Builder– Exceptional communication, coaching, and partnering skills.

Process-Improvement Focus– Always looking for ways to optimize, automate, and enhance.

Pay range: $105,000 – $125,000 (Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location)
