Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions within the company. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluations, office policies, and ensure smooth communication between departments. This role requires strong administrative abilities, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.
- Develop and maintain a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Maintain a positive working environment and ensure high employee morale.
- Conduct regular meetings with department leads to monitor performance concerns or staffing needs.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and documents in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee attendance, leaves, and shift schedules.
- Ensure company policies are consistently implemented and updated as necessary.
Performance Management
- Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation systems.
- Collaborate with team leaders to track employee performance and productivity.
- Recommend training or improvement plans for employees when needed.
Compliance & Policy Development
- Ensure the company follows local labor laws and HR regulations.
- Draft and enforce HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR management or HR generalist roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
