Job Opportunity: HR Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department and support organisational growth. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership abilities, sound HR knowledge, and the capability to manage HR operations efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

Total HR Experience: 6–7 yearsManagerial

HR Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Manager HR role

Strong command over HR operations, recruitment, on-boarding, policies, compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations.

Excellent communication, people management, and decision-making skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information responsibly

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures

Lead recruitment and selection processes

Oversee employee engagement, training and development initiatives

Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation

Handle disciplinary matters and support management in decision-making

Ensure compliance with labor laws, EOBI, Social Security, and company regulations

Maintain a positive and professional workplace environment
