Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Draft HR letters: Offer, Appointment, Experience letters, etc.
  • Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance & leave data.
  • Organize training sessions & employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure policy compliance.
  • Address employee queries and maintain a healthy work environment.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Handle office administration tasks: stationery, housekeeping & vendor management.
  • Maintain office inventory and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage office communications, emails, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Manage meeting schedules, travel bookings, and basic office support tasks.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with safety protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,733.27 - ₹56,232.75 per month
