Human Resources Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Draft HR letters: Offer, Appointment, Experience letters, etc.
- Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance & leave data.
- Organize training sessions & employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure policy compliance.
- Address employee queries and maintain a healthy work environment.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle office administration tasks: stationery, housekeeping & vendor management.
- Maintain office inventory and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage office communications, emails, and documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Manage meeting schedules, travel bookings, and basic office support tasks.
- Ensure office cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with safety protocols.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,733.27 - ₹56,232.75 per month
