Full job description

The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies, oversee recruitment and selection processes, manage onboarding and induction programs, maintain employee records, and ensure accurate and timely payroll and benefits administration. The role involves handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and compliance issues in line with labour laws and company policies. The HR Manager is responsible for driving performance management, training and development initiatives, employee engagement programs, and talent retention strategies. Additionally, the HR Manager provides regular reports, analysis, and guidance to senior management on HR metrics, workforce planning, and policy improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent acquisition to onboarding.
  • Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage the monthly and annual HR departmental budget.
  • Conduct routine accommodation inspections.
  • Oversee visa renewals for all employees, as well as license and fleet management.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives.
  • Partner with senior management to drive company culture and workforce planning.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR management, ideally within the IT Industry industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and performance management systems.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
