HR Manager – Interior Fit-out Industry (UAE Experience Required)
Position: HR Manager
Industry: Interior Fit-out / Construction
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of UAE experience in HR, with at least 3 years in the Interior Fit-out industry
Location: Dubai
Salary: Based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and payroll.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage manpower planning and coordinate with project teams for resource requirements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Handle visa processing, renewals, and other HR administrative activities through government portals (MOHRE, Tasheel, Immigration, etc.).
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
- Manage training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Support management in handling disciplinary issues and grievance procedures.
- Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in the Interior Fit-out / Construction industry in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED27,000.00 per month
