- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with organizational objectives and labor regulations.
- Strong understanding of HR governance, compliance, and audit requirements ensuring adherence to Saudi labor laws and GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, Muqeem, and other regulatory platforms.
- Hands on experience in managing HR operations using various government portals including GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, HRSD, and Chamber of Commerce.
- Experience in managing employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair and compliant manner.
- Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, and end of service settlements.
- Exposure to performance management systems, KPI frameworks, and annual appraisal cycles.
- Ability to draft, review, and update employment contracts, policies, and employee handbooks.
- Competence in workforce planning, recruitment support, and onboarding in coordination with department heads.
- Strong familiarity with Saudization regulations and nationalization programs.
- Proficiency in maintaining and updating HR documentation, personnel files, and digital records in line with internal control standards.
- Experience in coordinating training and development initiatives and tracking employee learning progress.
- Capable of preparing HR reports, dashboards, and compliance submissions for management and external authorities.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft professional correspondences and reports.
- Self driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in dealing with sensitive employee matters.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and managing competing priorities effectively.
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in a mid to large scale organization.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
