We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in Real Estate Development to oversee and manage all HR operations in our company. The ideal candidate will lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, and HR compliance in alignment with UAE Labour Law. The HR Manager will support business growth and help maintain a positive, high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding
  • Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution
  • Manage performance appraisals and KPI evaluations
  • Create training and development programs
  • Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancellations (with PRO)
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR records
  • Prepare HR reports: headcount, turnover, recruitment status, attendance

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8–10 years of HR experience
  • Must have experience working in a Real Estate Development company
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRMS and payroll systems
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
