Job Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations within our fast-paced digital agency environment. The ideal candidate will understand the dynamics of creative teams, digital roles, and agency workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for digital and creative roles (designers, editors, marketers, strategists, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for the agency.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Manage onboarding, attendance, performance tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Support management in implementing HR strategies aligned with agency goals.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees—fostering a positive and creative work culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency is a major plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good understanding of creative and marketing job roles.
- Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment.
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
