The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role ensures the smooth functioning of HR operations, supports organizational goals, manages employee relations, and drives HR initiatives to build a productive, positive, and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Promote a positive work environment and effective communication.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure fair treatment of all employees.

3. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

4. Performance Management

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
  • Provide training to managers on performance management processes.
  • Guide employees on performance improvement measures.

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage payroll coordination with the finance department.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments.

7. HR Operations

  • Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare HR reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–7+ years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
