HR Manager

HR Manager (Saudi National Only)

Our client currently has 70 staff in KSA and they would like to increase the team of which most are expats. They do, however, have targets to Saudize the workforce to 55%.

The role therefore will include recruitment, general HR advise, employment contracts, reporting to head office and will be ideal for a candidate who is enthusiastic, open to training and developing leadership skills. There will be one direct report but you will be responsible for managing the HR operation in KSA. You will therefore need tenacity, strength of character and the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will have prior PRO/GRO experience and a good understanding of local labor legislation, employment contracts and IQAMA processes and procedures.

You will need to be self motivated and have a hands on approach to HR. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience within HR.
