Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for all departments
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs
Maintain employee records and recruitment data
Foster a healthy and positive workplace culture
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts professionally
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems
Assist managers in goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes
Track employee performance, attendance, and productivity
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
Handle disciplinary actions and exit formalities
Coordinate payroll processing and salary structures
Manage employee benefits, leaves, incentives, and reimbursements
Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory deductions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in Human Resources
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
