HR Manager

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead comprehensive HR operations at Creative Multimedia—India's premier destination for Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, and UI/UX Design education. You'll manage the complete HR lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations—while fostering a vibrant, creative workplace culture

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for creative and technical roles
• Conduct structured onboarding and induction programs
• Manage payroll, attendance, and leave administration
• Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance resolution
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR documentation
• Support day-to-day HR operations with accuracy and timeliness

Requirements

• Post-graduate degree with 3–5 years of HR management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Understanding of HR laws, policies, and statutory compliance
