Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives, ensuring the effective management of talent, compliance with employment laws, and the development of organizational strategies. The HR Manager will serve as a key partner to senior leadership, overseeing all aspects of human resources functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS systems. This role requires a proactive professional with strong leadership skills and comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and regulations to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including organizational design and succession planning.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes such as sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees utilizing ATS platforms like Taleo, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict management initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health benefits, workers' compensation, and retirement plans while ensuring compliance with applicable laws such as OSHA and FMLA.
  • Lead performance management processes including employee evaluations, performance reviews, and coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and other relevant regulations through policy development and training programs.
  • Supervise HRIS systems such as ADP, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or Oracle HCM for data collection, payroll processing, and reporting.
  • Conduct training & development sessions to enhance employee skills and support organizational growth initiatives.
  • Manage HR program management activities including change management projects and process improvements to optimize HR operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning related to human capital management and organizational effectiveness.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, succession planning, and HR sourcing strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for effective employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, ADP, Paychex, Kronos or similar systems like Paylocity or Ceridian.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational design and process improvement capabilities.
  • Experience in managing benefits administration including health benefits programs and payroll systems like Dayforce or Paychex.
  • Skilled in data analysis for workforce planning and decision-making; adept at presenting insights clearly through reports or presentations.
  • Leadership qualities with experience supervising HR teams or managing cross-functional projects at the senior level.
  • Strategic thinker with expertise in change management initiatives within complex organizational structures. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
