HR Manager – Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and in-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally
- Maintain employee records, HR database, and documentation
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll coordination
- Conduct performance evaluations and support departmental improvements
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company regulations
- Support management in strategic HR planning and workforce development
- Organize training, staff development programs, and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports and handle internal communication effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
