Job Overview:
Elytra Studios is looking for a reliable and experienced HR Manager who can handle end-to-end HR operations, including hiring, technical recruitment, and employer branding through social media. We are looking for a trusted professional who can grow with the company and manage HR responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete recruitment cycle, especially technical hiring
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with relevant teams
• Handle HR policies, attendance, on-boarding, and employee records
• Manage and post hiring content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Support employer branding and hiring campaigns
• Coordinate with management on workforce planning
• Ensure smooth communication between teams and leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist
• Strong experience in technical recruitment (software, design, digital roles)
• Good understanding of social media hiring and job posting
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple hiring needs
• Trustworthy, organized, and professional attitude
