HR Manager

Job Title: HR Manager – Callidora Technology

Location: Mohali

Salary Range: 25,000-30,000/month

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews
• Draft and post job descriptions across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal channels
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection
• Facilitate onboarding process for new hires including documentation, induction, and orientation

2. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Organize team-building activities, feedback sessions, and internal events
• Maintain a healthy work culture and promote Callidora’s core values
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve employee satisfaction

3. Performance Management

• Assist in implementing OKRs/KPIs and monthly performance tracking
• Schedule annual performance appraisals
• Maintain clear documentation of evaluations and improvement plans

4. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, contracts, NDAs, and payroll data
• Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and ISO standards
• Coordinate with finance for monthly payouts and reimbursements

5. Policy & Compliance

• Draft and update HR policies, offer letters, and exit protocols
• Manage exit interviews and offboarding process
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to employment

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with HR tools (Excel, Slack, etc.)
• Proactive attitude with a startup mindset
• Basic understanding of Indian labor laws

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in HR (preferably in a startup or tech company)
• Fluency in English

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
